The club was started in 2018, by a small group who were interested in the ancient Irish sport of hurling. Today they collaborate with other Montana teams to learn, play and perfect their knowledge of the sport with the hope of passing on the tradition through youth camps and leagues. As members of the USGAA, the Wolfe Tones travel and compete across Oregon, Washington, and Montana.
